I converted to  leadership coaching  a number of years ago so much so that  I now coach leaders myself.

It is interesting as you review the really outstanding businesses and how they move their teams and companies forward.

We are currently involved in delivering a coaching programme with a group of senior people across Europe for a well known company.

The difference for these individuals has been a joy to see and within six months it has changed dramaticlly the direction and performance of one manufacturing plant.

To focus on character which then delivers competence will always deliver superior results.</description>
