		<description>Jonathan: all good points. I&#039;ve struggled with one of your suggestions - writing out the speech. I too fear the &quot;parrot&quot; syndrome where you spend more time trying to remember your speech and less time actually giving it. However, others suggest that the only way you can polish and improve your speech is by writing it all out. I&#039;ve got a keynote coming up in December and I&#039;m going to use your suggestions. Hopefully I&#039;ll come across as a songbird, not a parrot...!
