One technology suggestion even for the non-technology oriented.

Customer care can be greatly enhanced by adding a Chat with a Rep feature to your website.

I know, it sounds cold and &quot;non-human&quot; but, believe me, it has the opposite effect for customers who are in a hurry and busy all the time.  They appreciate getting quick answers while they&#039;re multi-tasking.
