		<description>While I concur that a leader needs to be an excellent communicator, I feel the most important trait is "can you trust me?" No matter how well one speaks, if it is with a "forked tongue" the process is flawed. The optimum is to find a leader you can trust who can articulate their message and knows how to get things done.</description>
