You know, I love self-publicity if it introduces me to a new product that I can use!

I am impressed and have signed up for a 90 day trial.

Kelley is right about the power of one. I believe we are entering the era of the power of the individual over the high and mighty corporations. Technology has leveled the playing field and people are more willing to look beyond brand and instead look towards value.
The more you can reach your customer as an individual the more the customer is going to listen to you. All of your suggestions are wonderful. The one that I concentrated on in my business was the handwritten note. By changing just one thing in my practice...writing 240 handwritten notes a day, I went from making $50,000 a year to over $900,000 a year and was able to take on the big guys. They didn't stand a chance!
