BOPIT may well be good but those of us that can remember Michael Jackson's colour at birth are too old to be familiar with it. Equally, we are also old enough to remember Tom Jones when he was part of a four part harmony choir, roaming the valleys, threatening flocks of sheep (commonly called "leisure centres" in that part of the UK I am led to believe) and visiting locations whose pronunciation required the loosening of a great deal of phlegm. Regarding right and wrong - think I will stay with something "in between" I really am an "in the groove" type of chap, Welcome back!! J I think caution is essential:

Within many organisations I've found that 'Left Brained' thinking is the norm and have consequently utilised the following exercises to develop the Right Brain: - Juggling to Michael Jackson's Thriller - Playing BOPIT as a team (a child's toy that is PERFECT for stimulating Right Brained Thinking) - Aerobics to Tom Jones Sex Bomb that activates the brain buttons located throughout your body - Playing Baroque music to stimulate the brain's alpha waves To be fair, I've always preferred to be RIGHT rather than wrong, don't you?
