I appreciate the impartial way that you recommend other resources too.
As for the Seven Habits, I've only read the book twice, so perhaps it's time for another read. I do recall though that the one that has had the biggest impact on me is number seven. Everyone needs to take time out to 'sharpen the saw'. Keep up the good work.</description>
